1			A black belt is just a white belt who kept showing up. Jiu Jitsu is for anyone and everyone. Our adult classes are for students 16 years or older. Being part of the Tru family, you can expect to learn the most progressive techniques in a fun and safe environment. Our curriculum combines Jiu Jitsu, self-defense, and fitness in every class. Our program is designed to meet your specific goals, whether you are a beginner or advanced student. We have students who compete, are focused on self-defense, do Jiu Jitsu as hobby or want to get fit. As part of your membership, you can attend as many morning, night and weekend classes you would like. You will build a unique skill and become a part of something much bigger...a part of our community.
2			We are TRUly passionate about getting kids involved in Jiu Jitsu. Kids ages 7-15 can attend classes 5 days a week for one membership price. You decide on the days you want to attend. Our promise to you is that your child's confidence, focus, discipline and self-defense skills will flourish. We have proven methods to prevent and address bullying. Your child will be proud of their development and accountable to their progress and promotions. A typical class combines exercise, technique, instruction and games to keep kids engaged. We also offer competition training for those who want to compete in local/state tournaments. Our instructors also do more than just teach...we become mentors and role models.
3			Our goal is to be a statewide and eventually nationally recognized school. We know this will be a reality because we provide the most progressive techniques and combine it with wrestling training. Many schools are unable to stay up on the latest techniques. We have developed a curriculum that keeps competitors safe. Our instructors are dedicated to helping anyone interested in competing. We build a plan and strategy unique to your game...honing in on your strengths and addressing any holes in your game. There is no additional cost to be a competitor. It is included as part of your membership.
